    Darn you Sebastian! Don’t you know a gentleman should let a lady win? *batting eyelashes*

  2. Vincent Catanzaro (@VinNay) Says:

    I would be crushing all of you if I didn’t miss two weeks.

  3. Sebastian X Says:

    @Josephine:

    That comment made me laugh.

    “Darn you”

    That is certainly more ladylike language from you than we are accustomed to. It has also been quite a lot of weeks since you have threatened to chastise my posterior!

    It is gentlemanly to hold open doors and not to look down the front of women’s tops despite them having arranged for their mammary glands to be on display. It is ladylike to be demure and to not be competitive. You should be letting the men win. :)

    Ten points is not a lot. Across the last three weeks, you have a net gain on me of eight points. I was certainly glad of the two points I gained this time.

    @VinNay:

    Subtracting the scores for all of us from weeks three and eight which you missed gives this like-for-like comparison:

    759 Sebastian
    753 Josephine
    749 VinNay
    699 Bayne
    690 Waffles

    This calculation is very harsh on Waffles, as it factors out two weeks he did particularly well in, especially week three when he absolutely trounced us.

    I wouldn’t use harsh language at someone else’s blog (except Waffles’) hence the “darn you”.

    I suppose I could try that “demure” fodder.

  5. Sebastian X Says:

    “fodder” is an wonderfully dismissive word. I am not sure what the blog policy is on foul langage, but I do think people often express themselves more imaginatively if they avoid swearing.
